Join us at the Akeman Street Community Garden this summer – it’s free, friendly, and full of fun!

👨‍🌾 We’re looking for Garden Volunteers to help care for the garden over the summer and beyond. No experience needed, just enthusiasm and a love for the outdoors. Learn growing tips from an expert, get hands on with planting activities, and enjoy great company in nature.

📅 Summer Drop-in Sessions (Thursdays 12-3pm at the Akeman Community Centre):

🌱 24th July (at Arbury Court Library – Come Outside Festival)
🌱 7th August
🌱 21st August
🌱 4th September
🌱 18th September

Then, continuing every other Thursday, at the same time and place.

☕ Hot drinks and homemade cakes provided – all free!

Everyone welcome | Suitable for families and children | Free to attend | No booking required, just turn up!
